Order Agreement
DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT
İşbu Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi (“Sözleşme”), 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri çerçevesinde, aşağıda kimlik bilgileri bulunan SATICI ile ALICI arasında elektronik ortamda kurulmuştur.

1.2. BUYER
ALICI, işbu Sözleşme’nin kurulduğu anda bidolureyon.com üzerinden verdiği siparişe ilişkin olarak sistemde beyan ettiği kimlik, iletişim ve teslimat / fatura adresi bilgileri ile tanımlanır. ALICI, bu bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olduğunu kabul eder.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
İşbu Sözleşme’nin konusu, ALICI’nın bidolureyon.com üzerinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği, nitelikleri ve satış fiyatı sitede belirtilen mal/hizmetin satışı ile teslimi ve diğer hak ve yükümlülüklerin belirlenmesidir.
ARTICLE 3 – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE CONTRACT
ALICI, sipariş öncesi ön bilgilendirme formu ve işbu Sözleşme metnine erişmekle; siparişi onaylamak suretiyle bedeli ödemeyi, teslim şartlarına uymayı ve cayma hakkı dâhil tüketici yükümlülüklerini kabul etmiş sayılır. Siparişin SATICI tarafından onaylanması ile Sözleşme kurulur.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCT / SERVICE, PRICE AND PAYMENT
4.1. The basic characteristics of the product or service (type, quantity, price including taxes, any additional costs) are displayed on the site and in the order summary at the time of ordering.
4.2. Prices are applied as stated on the site in terms of VAT and similar legal obligations.
4.3. Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the site (credit/debit card, money transfer/EFT, other tools). Commissions or additional fees applied by payment intermediary institutions are subject to the conditions of the relevant institution.
ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery time is limited to the time promised on the product page or in the ordering process; BUYER is informed in case of stock, production or force majeure.
5.2. The delivery address is the address declared by the BUYER. Delays and expenses arising from address errors belong to the BUYER.
5.3. In case of damage, incomplete delivery or loss occurring during the shipping process, the BUYER is obliged to inform the SELLER within a reasonable time after delivery.
ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. ALICI, malın tesliminden itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkını kullanabilir (6502 sayılı Kanun m. 15 ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamındaki istisnalar saklıdır).
6.2. The right of withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are delivered to the BUYER or the third party.
6.3. Exception provisions in the Law apply to service contracts and digital content.
6.4. The notice of withdrawal is sent to the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data recorder. Return conditions are carried out in accordance with the "Refund and Return Policy".
ARTICLE 7 – WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE GOODS
The consumer's right to warranty and defective goods arising from the Law and relevant legislation is reserved.
ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA
Processing of personal data is subject to the SELLER's KVKK disclosure text and personal data / privacy policies.
ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTES AND JURISDICTION
İşbu Sözleşme’den doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, ALICI’nın yerleşim yerinin bulunduğu veya işlemin yapıldığı yerdeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir. ALICI, parasal sınırlar çerçevesinde Tüketici Hakem Heyeti’ne başvurabilir.
ARTICLE 10 – EVIDENCE CONTRACT
The parties agree that records created electronically (order record, payment record, communication logs) will be considered valid within the scope of the evidence contract.
ARTICLE 11 – ENFORCEMENT
By approving the order, the BUYER declares that he has read and accepted this Agreement electronically. The contract enters into force as soon as it is accepted by the parties.

BUYER: Customer registered in the system with order confirmation.
